These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Badd Dreams MotorSports (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By engaging our services, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services Provided

Badd Dreams MotorSports provides professional auto repair and maintenance services, including but not limited to

diagnostics, brake services, engine repairs, oil changes, tire services, and custom upgrades.

All services are subject to technician availability and may be limited to specific makes or models.

2. Appointments and Estimates

Appointments: You may schedule an appointment online, by phone, or in person.

Appointments are confirmed based on availability.

Estimates: We provide written or digital estimates for work required.

Estimates are valid for 7 business days unless otherwise stated.

Approval: No work will begin without your explicit approval of the estimate.

3. Payments

Payment Methods Accepted: Cash, credit/debit cards, approved financing, or other payment methods as specified.

Due Upon Completion: Full payment is due upon completion of the service unless other arrangements are made in writing.

Late Payments: Unpaid balances beyond 15 days may incur a late fee and may be sent to collections.

4. Parts and Labor Warranty

Labor: Our workmanship is covered under a 30-day labor warranty unless stated otherwise.

Parts: Parts may carry a manufacturer warranty.

We honor those warranties, but are not liable for manufacturer defects beyond our control.

Exclusions: Warranty is void if vehicle is tampered with, misused, or repaired by another party during the warranty period.

5. Vehicle Storage

Vehicles not picked up within 3 business days of completion may incur a storage fee of $25/day.

After 30 days, the vehicle may be considered abandoned and disposed of in accordance with Missouri state law.

6. Liability Disclaimer

While we strive for the highest quality of service, Badd Dreams MotorSports is not liable for:

Pre-existing vehicle conditions

Damage due to unauthorized repairs or customer negligence

Loss or damage due to weather, theft, or acts of nature while vehicle is in our possession (reasonable precautions are taken)

7. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate information about your vehicle

Promptly respond to communication regarding your service

Remove all personal items before drop-off

Refrain from abusive or threatening behavior toward staff

8. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations: Must be made at least 24 hours in advance of appointment.

Refunds: All refunds are at the discretion of management and are issued only in cases where a service failure is clearly demonstrated.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, branding, and materials is the property of Badd Dreams MotorSports.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the

State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.

Updated terms will be posted on our website or available in-store, with the new effective date.

Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
